We live in a culture that encourages us to show love through plans, gestures, and things.

But connection isn’t built through doing more.

It’s built through being more present.

This work exists to create space for that.

Space that isn’t rushed.

Time that isn’t pulled in ten different directions.

A pause from the constant effort of keeping up

so attention can return to what actually matters.

To quiet the noise that fragments our focus.

To remember that closeness doesn’t need to be manufactured.

It just needs room.

Whether shared with a partner or experienced alone, each gathering is an invitation to slow down and come back to what’s already here.

Because presence is the foundation of deep connection.

Date: February 14, 2026

Time: 3:30 - 5 PM

Location: Sunshine Coast (address will be shared after booking)

This is a guided, intimate experience created for couples who want to step outside of the noise into genuine connection.

Rather than focusing on how love is shown or performed, this experience centers on the simplest and most meaningful gift we can offer one another: our full presence.

Over the course of approximately 90 minutes, you’ll be gently guided through shared moments of stillness, reflection, and deep connection. The space is designed to help you slow down and attune to one another.

Your reservation includes:

  • A private table for two

  • Ceremonial grade tea

  • Light nourishment

These elements are offered not as the focus, but as quiet supports for an experience rooted in attention, awareness, and intimacy.

All equipment will be provided, however if you prefer to use your own yoga mats, blocks, or cushions, please feel welcome to bring them.

Date: February 15

Time: 8 - 9:30 AM

Location: Sunshine Coast (address will be shared after booking)

First Light is a gently guided morning experience created as an invitation to return to yourself.

Where the day before centers on shared presence, this experience turns inward, offering space to listen, soften, and begin the day with gratitude, compassion, and awareness.

Over approximately 90 minutes, you’ll be guided through quiet, presence based practices designed to help you slow down, settle into your body, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of daily life.

This experience is open to both singles and couples.

Your reservation includes:

  • Reserved seating for one

  • Ceremonial grade tea

  • Light, thoughtfully prepared nourishment

  • Guided practices to support attention, reflection, and self connection

This is not a workshop or something to “do well.”

It’s a calm space to arrive, breathe, and meet yourself at first light.

All equipment is provided. Personal mats or cushions are welcome if preferred.

I create meaningful, embodied experiences for people seeking something real.

My work focuses on self connection by creating space for people to slow down, listen, and support themselves from the inside out.

These experiences are designed to feel safe, grounded, and unforced. People often arrive feeling neutral and leave feeling clearer and refreshed.

I believe the nervous system plays a central role in healing, and that change can’t happen when the body is in a state of threat.

I don’t believe people are broken or in need of fixing. I believe the body holds valuable information, and that when we reduce noise and pressure, clarity naturally emerges.

Self-love to me is practical and lived. It’s reflected in how we relate to our lives, not just how we think about ourselves.

My intention is simple: to offer space where people can reconnect, feel, and remember what already matters.
